A clear understanding of BelleHost.

The service

BelleHost helps travelers discover accommodation in Canada and the United States and contact hosts directly. BelleHost is operated as a sole proprietorship; the business operates from Montréal, Québec, Canada. Legal operator identification is being confirmed before customer launch.

BelleHost does not reserve accommodation, collect rent, hold guest deposits or act as a party to the stay agreement. Travelers and hosts agree availability, prices, payments, cancellation and other stay terms directly. An approval means a listing passed our publication review, not that a property, host or stay is guaranteed.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, verify your email and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for permissions you give teammates. Contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Only appointed platform administrators can use the administration workspace. Being a host or teammate does not grant platform administrator access.

Publishing a property

Only list a property you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of listing details, rates, contacts, photos and accessibility claims, and for applicable permissions, rental rules, licences and taxes. Do not imply that BelleHost verifies legal eligibility to rent your property.

Provide content you have the right to use. You permit BelleHost and its service providers to store, process, resize and display your submitted content to operate the service according to your publication choices. You keep your ownership rights. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing or harmful content, malicious files, or another person’s private information without authority.

Drafts remain private. Publication requires complete required content, at least five distinct processed photos, administrator approval and valid subscription entitlement. You may unpublish a property; doing so does not cancel its subscription.

Host subscriptions

Accounts and drafts are free. An approved property costs US$5 per month. Teammates are included. Three renewing properties cost US$15 per month.

The 14-day trial is for preparing drafts. It ends immediately on the first property approval, even before day 14. Saving a card, reaching day 14, submitting for review or receiving a rejection does not create a charge. Saved drafts can still be completed after the draft period.

Before submission, you authorize US$5 on approval and US$5 monthly for that property until canceled. Each property has its own renewal date. It becomes public after its first payment succeeds. Hiding a listing does not cancel its subscription. See Billing and cancellation for payment and refund rules.

Safety and acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent listings, harass users, misuse reporting tools, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. Contact support to report misleading content or abuse.

We may request corrections, reject or restrict listings, or suspend access when needed for safety, abuse prevention or applicable obligations. Contact support to ask for a review of a restriction. Any applicable payment or refund rights remain in place.

External services and preview content

Hosts may link to their own websites or third-party platforms. Those services have their own fees and policies. BelleHost does not control or guarantee them.

The current populated catalogue includes synthetic preview properties and profiles used to demonstrate the experience. They are not available rentals, have no real booking availability and cannot receive host messages. Do not send payment for a preview listing.

Changes, disputes and statutory rights

Contact support@bellehost.com with a service or billing concern so we can investigate. We will communicate material subscription or policy changes before they take effect where required. You can cancel future renewal through Billing.

Nothing in these draft terms removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Final operator identification and regional terms must be reviewed before customer launch.
