When billing starts

The 14-day trial is for preparing private drafts. Your first property approval ends it immediately, even before day 14. Reaching day 14 alone never creates a charge. Drafts remain saved and can still be completed.

Saving a card does not submit a property or start billing. Before submitting, you agree to US$5 on approval and US$5 every month for that property until canceled. Drafts, rejected properties and properties awaiting approval are not charged.

Approval starts the subscription automatically. Each approved property has its own monthly billing date. The listing becomes public after its first payment succeeds.

Additional properties and reactivation

Each additional property costs US$5 when approved and US$5 monthly thereafter. There is no shared prorated enrollment period and no free public listing trial.

Resuming a subscription during its paid period does not charge that period again. Once a canceled paid period has ended, starting a new paid month requires explicit US$5 recurring-payment consent.

Canceling

Open Host workspace → Billing and choose Cancel subscription for each property you no longer want to renew. Hiding an approved listing does not cancel its subscription.

Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves already-paid access until its end date. You can withdraw a pending submission before approval without a charge. Contact support if an invoice does not match your recorded cancellation.

Refund requests

There is no automatic prorated refund for canceling during a paid month. Email support@bellehost.com with your account email, property, invoice reference and reason for support review. Never send full card details.

Legally required refunds remain available. An initial charge made after its approval authorization was invalidated is reconciled and refunded rather than granting unauthorized access.

Payment problems

A failed initial payment keeps the property private. Update your card or complete authentication through Manage card and invoices in Billing.

A failed monthly renewal gives the affected previously paid property seven days to complete payment. The deadline does not restart on retries. After grace ends, public access and future collection stop until billing is restored. Paying never bypasses approval or a platform suspension.

Content and stay payments

Canceled property content is retained for reactivation until you delete it or request deletion, subject to a communicated policy change.

BelleHost subscriptions are separate from stay payments. Accommodation prices, deposits and stay cancellations are agreed directly with the host or external booking service.
